It all begins with an idea. We distill our own vodka from the juice of fermented watermelons.  Many vodkas are purchased in bulk from industrial size distillers and put through processes like filtering or flavor infusion. This gives the perception that the name on the bottle is who actually made the product.  In the name of sustainability we use only the sweetest watermelons at the peak of ripeness that may not make the journey to your grocer’s shelf. Bad for the landfill but ideal for our needs.
